Is EBS a fiduciary?
Yes, as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) EBS serves its clients in a fiduciary capacity. This means we have an obligation to act in and provide investment advice in our clients’ best interest.

Is EBS compensated based on assets under management?
Yes, EBS’s separately managed account investment management fee is based on assets under management and is billed quarterly in advance. Team members receive a salary and are eligible for a bonus which is tied to firm revenue.

Is EBS a custodian?
No, client accounts are held at third party custodians.

Is EBS a private company?
Yes, EBS is owned by ten shareholders who are active employees.

Is EBS a GIPS® compliant firm?
Yes, EBS adheres to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) and has its performance measurement processes and procedures verified by an independent third party.

What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We provide continuous discretionary investment advisory services to clients based on their individual needs. Advisory services include, but are not limited to: portfolio management, retirement planning and retirement plan consulting.
